Jonathan is an organizational consultant, executive coach, and master facilitator with 15+ years’ experience guiding leaders and teams and proven expertise designing training for multi-sector private organizations, as well as city and federal agencies.

Through his leadership coaching and consulting work, Jonathan helps growth-seeking leaders and organizations change the status quo by fostering effective leadership, building team cohesion and productivity, and cultivating culture alignment. His approach combines ‘practical empathy’ with strategic, structured support that leads clients from aspiration to intention to consistency.

Jonathan is a Certified Master Facilitator and Director of Certification for The Working Genius®, a Certified Executive Coach, a Board Certified Coach (BCC), an ICF-Credentialed Coach (PCC), a Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach, and an Organizational Consultant. He received his Master’s in Applied Linguistics from Teachers College, Columbia University.
